Our Artwork Quality Promise

Every Viarteart piece is a 100% hand-painted oil painting, created by skilled artists.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our artwork, slight variations in brushwork, texture, and color may occur. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

Before shipping, we ensure the final artwork aligns with the confirmed design. If your painting does not match the agreed reference, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.

Shipping Damage Protection

If your painting arrives damaged, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Custom Artwork Policy

All paintings are made to order.

Custom sizes, colors, or personalized artworks are non-returnable once delivered, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Orders can be canceled before shipment. However, cancellations may be subject to a material and labor fee depending on the production stage.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

For non-custom artworks, you may request a return for any reason within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the artwork does not suit your space or preference, you may return eligible items within 30 days.

Once we receive the item in its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
