How are the artworks packaged?

Ships in a protective box

For stretched or framed paintings, we use strong, reinforced cardboard boxes with multiple layers of protective cushioning to keep the artwork flat and safe during transit.

Ships in a wooden crate

For large or high-value artworks, we use custom-built wooden crates. These are specially designed for international art shipping, ensuring maximum protection throughout the journey.

Ships in a tube

For canvas-only orders, the artwork is carefully rolled and shipped in a durable, dent-resistant tube. This is a safe and cost-effective option, especially for large pieces. You can have it stretched or framed locally after delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Production time:

Each artwork is carefully handmade to order and typically requires 1–2 weeks to complete. Since every piece is individually painted by our artists, additional time may be needed for detailing, finishing, and drying to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping time:

Once your artwork is completed and approved, express delivery typically takes 5–7 business days worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Before shipping, we may provide preview photos or videos of your artwork for confirmation. Minor adjustments can be made upon request to ensure your satisfaction.

Estimated total delivery time:

Most orders arrive within approximately 2–4 weeks from the order date.
